It was based in new building in a magnificent and great location, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's so close to restaurant designed in the Scandinavian style and the railway station...

In the morning, I enjoyed a peaceful breakfast, surrounded by the serene beauty of Lapland. The freshly baked bread, aromatic Northern fish, and delicious arctic char pie from Gallá Kitchen & Bar were a delightful way to start the day. As I sat on the large outdoor deck overlooking the lake, it felt like I was in my own little paradise. The unique combination of the spa area's tranquil atmosphere and the top floor location added an element of luxury that was hard to find elsewhere.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and fashionable and they have central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location is close to a railroad station, magnificent and absolutely incredible. It's 15 mins walk to the center:)))

great location - close to railway station and within walking distance of city center. rooms are new and clean with excellent beds and soundproofing. breakfast is fantastic and staff is friendly. the hotel has a unique nordic touch and the ambiance in the reception and bar is wonderful.

I had a truly enchanting experience at Lapland Hotels Arena. As soon as I stepped into the elevator, I felt like I was transported to Lapland. The lobby had a mysterious and atmospheric interior, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, and the rain shower was a delightful bonus. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a variety of options for different diets and a unique Lapland twist. I particularly enjoyed the reindeer omelette prepared by Chef Juuso. my visit was fantastic, and I can't wait to stay at more of this hotel chain's properties again. Even though it was a bit far from the city center, the convenient 10-minute walk to the train station made it an excellent choice for arrival by rail.

Additionally, the entrance was a bit difficult to find. However, these minor inconveniences were overshadowed by the overall satisfaction I experienced during my stay.

the place was perfect and quiet and the staff were hospitable, the location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. i had well-equipped, brand-new rooms with climate control, an individual safe, and a flat-screen tv. i had a lovely view. location: the hotel was not far from restaurant, and finland.

The location was nice, you can visit Tampere Hall by walking. My room included a safe, TV, and ironing facilities.

lapland hotels arena in tampere never fails to impress me. from the beautiful and mysterious lobby to the incredibly comfortable beds, everything was perfect. the highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast, with a lappish twist and options for every diet. i can't wait to visit more of this hotel chain's locations!

Pillows were a bit too thick.

The place was clean, spotlessly clean rooms. The staff were affable during 5 nights we stayed there. The location was particularly good, you can visit Tampere Hall by walking.

One thing I absolutely adored about this hotel was the beautiful and cozy decor. The common areas were tastefully adorned with Lappish elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff made sure that the facilities were easily accessible for those with mobility challenges, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the staff to be a bit more attentive and considerate towards us. Sometimes, the young ones working there seemed a bit rushed and could have shown more patience and understanding towards the needs of elderly guests.

Although I found some positive aspects during my Christmas stay, I honestly did not enjoy the hotel that much. However, I did appreciate the delicious breakfast they offered every day, and the friendly staff who made an effort to greet me every morning. The hotel location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to the city center. The room was okay, but the only thing I really liked was the cozy bed.

There were quite a few things I did not like about this hotel. the bathroom had a damaged washbasin drain which was inconvenient.

Some guests had some difficulty with the entrance or finding the hotel exit.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the cozy lobby and comfortable beds. The rain shower in our room was a fantastic plus. The hotel breakfast had a delightful Lapland twist and catered to different dietary needs. The staff, especially chef Juuso, made us feel welcome and even prepared a delicious reindeer omelette for my husband. a fantastic experience that we can't wait to repeat!
